The townhouse is new and is being sold by the builder. How is the real estate market in Naples? Is it less affected by the sub prime problems? Have the property values in Naples fallen as much as in other cities in Florida?

It is my understanding that the majority of Florida has been hit very hard in these challenging housing markets. You best bet is to call a Realtor in that area and ask some questions.

Q: I am having a garage sale this weekend. Can I place some signs in the median to direct people to my sale?
A: No. Placement of signs for garage sales is limited to the property where the garage sale is taking place. You can have 2 signs that must be behind the right of way and can be no larger than 4 sq ft per sign. In addition, you must obtain a garage sale permit from Code Enforcement at 2800 N Horseshoe Drive, Naples. There is no charge for the permit. You are allowed one, two-day permit during each 6 month period.
